Returns are not accepted on custom-made or special-order products.
We cannot guarantee that the color of a product will precisely match what you see on your computer screen since each screen is unique. If you have any questions about how a product will seem in person, we invite you to contact us before completing your purchase.
If an item is broken or faulty upon arrival, the client is responsible for notifying us through email within 24 hours of delivery. Unless otherwise specified, the client is responsible for saving all packing and shipment materials.
Customers may cancel an order prior to dispatch at any time. Cancellation is not possible after an item has been processed for shipping.
Regrettably, we cannot cancel custom-made or special-order products.
